Hi Wind Lover Water Sport Center Rules and Regulations

捕風一族水上活動中心使用守則

Any person entering or using this facility or any part thereof (user) is subject to the strict compliance with the following rules and regulations laid down and enforced by Management of Hi Wind Lover Water Sport Center

任何進入或使用此水上活動中心或其部分之人士（下簡稱為『使用者』）必須遵守下列由捕風一族水上活動中心管理人員所訂立及執行之規則

User must observe and follow the General Rules and Regulations of the Management at same time.

使用者必須遵守水上活動中心一般守則。

User must wear proper sport wear and protective gear while using the facility.

使用者必須穿著適當運動服飾方可使用設施。

Children under the age of 16 should always be with the guidance of a parent.

十六歲以下人士必須要家長陪同。

User shall observe and follow strictly all instructions set out in signs, notices or the like displayed in the facility.

使用者必須注意及遵守水上活動中心之告示。

Equipment should be properly returned to the originals after usage.

使用器材後請放回原位。

User is recommended to check the equipment before use.

使用者於使用中心提供之器材前請先檢查該等器材以確保正常操作。

User shall not offer training courses or other commercial or business activates unless prior approval of the Management is obtained.

除事先獲本水上活動中心管理人員批準外，使用者不得在本中心或利用本中心設施或器材作舉辦訓練課程或進行商業活動。

If the facility is reserved by the Management for training purpose, no other booking shall be permitted in the facility.

倘捕風一族水上活動中心管理人員預留設施或器材作訓練或教學用途，如非獲邀參加將不可以使心本中心設施或器材。

No alcohol or smoking is allowed in the facility.

嚴禁在本中心吸煙或飲酒精飲品。

If the number of user in the facility exceeds the capacity or user violates the rules and regulations of the facility, Management reserves the right to limit the entrance into the facility. 

如本中心超越可容納次人數限制或使用者違反有關規則，捕風一族水上活動中心管理人員有權拒絕使用者使用本中心。

Management reserves the right to charge the User or Guest for any damage to or loss of any equipment caused by the User, his Guardian or Guest.

任何使用者毀壞或遺失本中心的器材，必需負責同等價值的賠償。

User using the facility does so at his/her own risk. Management accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any death or personal injury of any User, Guest or Guardian.

使用者必須自行負責其自身及財物之安全，本中心，僱員，工作人人員或其代理人在任何情況下均毋須負責使用者，其嘉賓或監護人之個人財物損失，損壞，身體受傷或死亡。
